Raspberry Lemonade



Makes 3 1/2 quarts

This tasty raspberry lemonade will really quench your thirst on a hot day. It's a pleasant change from iced tea or lemonade.

2 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
4 cups frozen sweetened raspberries, partially thawed
2 Tbsp sugar
2 liters chilled club soda

1. Combine lemonade concentrate, raspberries and sugar in a blender. Process until well blended.
2. Strain to remove seeds - a few layers of cheesecloth will do the trick.
3. In a large juice container or punch bowl, combine the raspberry mixture, club soda and ice cubes. Mix thoroughly and serve.
