Strawberry Fluff Dessert



Strawberry fluff dessert is a popular light and fruity dessert that has been made for decades and stood the test of time.

Strawberry Fluff Squares

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 oz strawberry gelatin
3/4 cups boiling water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
15 ox pkg of frozen strawberries
3 cups of marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream

1. Combine margarine and crumbs. Pat into a 9*13 inch pan.
2. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in water, in a bowl. Stir in milk, lemon juice, strawberries and marshmallows.
3. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust and chill 2 or more hours.

Strawberry Margarita Squares

1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels1/4 cup melted butter or margarine1 can sweetened condensed milk1 cup pureed strawberries1/2 cup lime juice4 cups whipped cream or whipped topping

1. Combine crushed pretzels and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9*13 inch pan. 2. Mix condensed milk, 1 cup of pureed berries and 1/2 cup lime juice in a large bowl. Stir in whipped cream/topping.3. Pour into crust and freeze for 6 hours, or overnight. Garnish with fruit.
