Blueberry Dump Cake

Blueberry Dump Cake may not be the most sophisticated dessert in the world, but with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it's a popular treat! It is also a great cake for kids to make, as it doesn't require much skill.

preheat oven to 350F

19 oz/600 gm can of crushed pineapple
19 oz/600 gm can of blueberry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 cup melted butter

1. grease a 9 * 13 inch pan
2. Into the bottom of the pan dump the pineapple and blueberry pie filling - mix them around fairly evenly
3. On top of this, dump the dry cake mix, spread as evenly as you can without mixing it with the fruit.
4. Sprinkle with the nuts and drizzle with melted butter
5. Bake for an hour or so. Delicious served warm with ice cream
