She is no raspberry fool who would serve this easy and delicious dessert to her family or friends!
1 1/4 cups of whipping cream
1/3 cup sifted icing sugar
1 c fresh raspberries, lightly crushed
1. Whip cream until soft peaks form
2. Add icing sugar and beat until just combined
3. Lightly fold in crushed berries and refrigerate for up to 2 hours
4. Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with a biscuit or a few raspberries.
